”Juan is 100% app usage in my opinion, courteous and kind. On one specific instance, Norwalk Auto Auction needed a check picked up from the auction to pay fees due on a unit before being able to pick up the car. Juan scheduled it to where he picked up the check from Norwalk went to pick up the car and saved Norwalk any further storage fees from accruing. I never have to worry about whether he is picking up the cars as he is always in communication with me and is so reliable! I truly appreciate his efforts and his willingness to help when needed!
