GPS Score
Measures if drivers have their GPS turned on while completing orders. The more tasks completed with GPS enabled, the higher the score.
Inspection Score
Based on whether inspections are completed near the pickup and drop-off locations. The closer you are to the locations, the better your score.
ETA Score
Reflects the accuracy of your ETA commitments. Providing accurate ETAs ahead of time and meeting those expectations will boost your score.
Assign Score
Measures how quickly you assign drivers to claimed orders. Assigning drivers promptly will improve your company’s rating.
Your scores in these categories are averaged to determine your overall rating on a 1 to 5-star scale, with 5 stars being the best. Use these insights to identify areas where your company can improve, gain a competitive edge, and become one of RunBuggy’s top-rated transporters.

Improving your rating is simple! Here are a few steps you can take:

What are transporter ratings?
There are 4 categories in which RunBuggy rates transporters, and an overall category that averages all these scores.
- Overall Score: This score averages your score for GPS, Inspection, ETA, and Driver Assignment Time.
- GPS Score: This score measures if GPS is turned on while using the mobile app to progress orders.
- Inspection Score: This score measures if the inspection was conducted near the pick up and drop off locations.
- ETA Score: This score measures if pick up and drop off ETAs were accurate and provided with a sufficient amount of time before arrival.
- Driver Assignment Time Score: This score measures if a claimed order was assigned to driver in a timely manner.

Your Company Ratings can be found under your Account Management settings within your Company section.
What affects my score?
Your mobile app usage and performance in assigning drivers and committing to ETA’s.
Why do I have a low score?
You’ll have an overall score and individual scores for 4 categories; GPS, mobile inspection, ETA commitments and driver assignment timing. Inproper or low performance on any of these categories will lower your overall score.
How can I improve my score?
- You can improve your score by ensuring GPS is turned on while using the mobile app to progress orders.
- Use the app for all inspections and ensure you are at/near the delivery and pick up address.
- Ensure you are meeting the ETA’s provided.
- Assign drivers to the orders in a timely manner with in at least 24 hours.
What's in it for me?
Increasing your score could qualify you for quicker payment terms and potentially faster visibility to new/higher paying order. You’ll also reduce the number of requests for updates and “he said/she said” damage disputes.
