RunBuggy Marketplace
Shippers can move one or thousands of vehicles from anywhere to anywhere through a single cloud-based command center called HITCH, while benefitting from consistent data and KPIs, world-class security, and industry-leading features. Streamlining and digitizing communications and operations through the platform results in reduced expenses, improved performance, and true nationwide transportation capability.
Standard Dealer Price: Any vehicle transported through the RunBuggy Marketplace only costs the amount quoted by the RunBuggy Pricing algorithm.
The Shop Price: N/A (Same as Standard Dealer Price).
The Shop Dealer Discount or Offer/Promotion: Each Enrolled Dealer shall receive: (i) a $50 credit towards their first Marketplace order; and (ii) 5% off Marketplace orders for two months following the placement of their first Marketplace order.
RunBuggy Hitch TMS
RunBuggy Hitch is a SaaS-based Transportation Management System (TMS) that connects Ford and Lincoln dealers with their own drivers, fleets and other partners with the RunBuggy Marketplace, providing Dealers a single view for transportation management across all logistics activities.Hitch provides a centralized platform for the entire dealership to have a single source of truth for sales, service, business office, and management. RunBuggy’s tech-forward approach to transport allows dealers to have analytics provided to them, which enables data-driven decisions. RunBuggy provides industry-leading cybersecurity which protects dealers and their information from potential threats.
Standard Dealer Price: A technology fee of $4.95 per VIN delivered through the RunBuggy Hitch platform, with a $299 monthly technology minimum.
The Shop Price: RunBuggy shall charge Enrolled Dealers a technology fee of $4.45 per VIN delivered through the RunBuggy Hitch platform, with a $249 monthly technology minimum. The minimum fee covers up to 56 VINs. Once the minimum fee is met, each additional VIN delivered will be subject to the $4.45 technology fee.
The Shop Dealer Discount or Offer/Promotion: The Shop Price offers a discounted fee to both the monthly minimum and per VIN technology fee.
Non-Enrolled Ford or Lincoln Dealers
Enrolled FordDirect dealers may elect to enroll in Parts Statement Billing, subject to a 2.5% admin fee and the above terms.
Non-FordDirect dealers may elect to enroll in Parts Statement Billing, subject to a 2.5% admin fee, but the above terms may not apply.
