How long does shipping a car take?

Depending on where your car needs to be picked up and dropped off, it can take as little as an hour to 48 hours. In a little over a year we have delivered over  50,000 cars.  Our average time-to-deliver has been 30 hours, which is much lower than the industry average.

We have built a network of thousands of verified transporters nationwide and streamlined the process of shipping a car so that everything can be done with our app. From location tracking to direct communication with the transporter via chat, we removed the guessing games from knowing where and when you car will be delivered.

I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?

We are continually improving and updating our software. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesn’t solve the issue, please call us at 888.872.8449 or click the chat button in the lower right hand corner of your screen.

What is RunBuggy?

RunBuggy is an open marketplace that connects car shippers and haulers. We built an app that makes it easier to transport cars.

How are my cars tracked from pickup to delivery?

RunBuggy is able to track your cars from pick-up to delivery through the RunBuggy app, which all of our transporters have installed on their mobile device. This app uses GPS and location services to pinpoint where your car is every step of its journey.

How do I communicate with the driver?

With RunBuggy, there is no guessing where your car is or when it will be delivered. You can communicate directly with your transporter right within the RunBuggy app.

Simply click on your order and on the right hand side of your screen you will see a window that will allow you to chat directly with the driver.

And if you would rather call your transporter, their contact information is at the bottom of the page.

I'm having trouble signing in

If you are trying to sign-in to RunBuggy on a computer that uses the Internet Explorer browser, you may have difficulty. We recommend you use Chrome, Firefox or Safari to sign-in. If you are still having difficult signing in, please contact our support team by sending an email to support@runbuggy.com

When will I get paid?

Our goal is to get you paid as soon as possible after you have dropped off an order. Our average is 3-5 business days.

What states do you operate in?

RunBuggy currently operates in the 48 contiguous United States. We are growing rapidly and adding new markets regularly. If you don’t see loads in a specific market, please check back frequently. Orders are uploaded throughout the day. Better yet, make sure your preferred network of car shippers and transporters signs up so they can enjoy RunBuggy!

How can I see all my deposits?

To see all of the orders you have claimed and delivered, along with the payments you have received, your average fare, average distance, and average delivery time, simply click on the “Report” button in the top navigation bar.

You can also export this data by clicking on the “Export” button in the top right hand corner of the page.

How do I add a driver?

To add a driver, follow these steps:
1. In the top bar, click on your name and from the drop-down menu select “Profile Settings”

2. From the list of links in the middle of the page, select “Drivers”
3. Click on “Add Driver” and fill in the required information. The driver should be notified that they have an account with RunBuggy.
